Lovely junk journal.
Thank you so much for your advice. I used PC in the early 90's, then Mac came and it is over 20 years using the system. I can handle basics of PC but have to refresh and learn. My partner is an engineer and he suggested exactly what you talk about. Also the thumbnails have to be medium to be seen, so in a nutshell, problem solved. I promised my heart sank when I could not see your Celestial journal images! Mac does that automatically, now I have to do it manually, have to do that with my backup, do not want to even think about that. I am a pensioner and have learned I must look into the future, even if is starting from scratch. Thank you so much for your reply. We are moving house at the moment, all will be ok in two three weeks, very tiring process. I want to use your materials, they are original, elegant, fresh, unique. You are a fabulous designer.
Hi Araceli and thank you again for another lovely review for my product! I do appreciate your custom! So sorry to hear that your files are not working properly your side though. I can confirm that I have tried out the zip download on a windows machine too today to test and I have found that they have extracted ok our side. The only thing I would recommend is that you right click on the zip file once you have downloaded, and select "Extract All" then select a destination folder. If you open the zip file as is and try and open one of the JPEGs, unfortunately the destination for the file won't be found until it is extracted. Hope this helps! I really hope that you can sort that one out with those steps. I know on a mac / macbook, you double click a zip and it will extract / open automatically, so that could be the reason.
