In this graphic design class meant for intermediate students, everyone is welcome to try and have fun! With the help of Bryan, you will start from the basics and walk your way through complex tasks to boost your confidence in how you use the app and your skills as a designer. You will create not just one, but three different styles of type posters using the Procreate app on the iPad. You will get into adding texts and styling them to your liking. You will add colors, create contrast and blend them to create harmony to all elements to make your design complex and functional. The class is very customizable to express yourself in this project. Along the way, you will learn some neat techniques to fully optimize your workflow here and for future projects.

Meet Bryan, a graphic designer, who will teach you how to create a surreal composite in Procreate.
You will get straight to creating a poster. This part will teach you to design a 3D-looking type poster. You will trace a font that you prefer. Duplicate it to create depth and shadow to have a surreal 3D outcome.
You will up your game and design a poster with an old-school look. To achieve the look, you will liquify the text and extend parts of the letter for a dynamic effect. You will color grade and create a chromatic aberration of both the text and image that you have chosen.
You will learn a modern approach to creating a simple but engaging poster. You will create lines and make a movement effect with push adjustment. You will use a layer mask and a clipping mask to create overlapping visuals. You will learn to apply the bloom effect to achieve a glow effect.
